BiH Ambassador in France Reports Mass Voter Rejections

Bosnia and Herzegovina's Ambassador to France, Višnja Lončar, reported that many BiH citizens living abroad are upset. The Central Election Commission (CIK BiH) has denied their right to vote in the upcoming General Elections. The Embassy in France noted that people are angry, often rejected due to signature discrepancies.

Ambassador Lončar finds it illogical that citizens are rejected when they provide valid documents like passports, ID cards, and address proofs. She questions how anyone could possess another person's full set of documents if not the rightful owner. Lončar called the situation "shameful" and suggested it is "electoral engineering."

The Ambassador believes this process aims to discourage BiH citizens living outside the country from participating in elections. She stated that this complex method, especially difficult for those without computer knowledge, takes away their democratic right to vote and influence election outcomes in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
