Football Fans Call for Walkout Over Glorification of War Criminal

Fans asked Football Club Željezničar players and staff to leave their match in Banja Luka. This would happen if anyone glorified Ratko Mladić, a deceased war criminal, during the game. The fan group "Košpicari" made this appeal on social media. They said dignity and pride are more important than winning the match or any penalties.

A previous Wwin league game saw similar issues. A match between Borac and Velež was stopped when Mladić was celebrated. The club Borac was later punished for this incident. They had to play a home game without any fans present. Željezničar is playing Borac tonight at 8:30 PM.
