RS Constitutional Court Makes Mixed Rulings on Bosniak Appeals
The RS Constitutional Court's Vital Interest Council reviewed Bosniak delegate requests regarding changes to cemetery and criminal laws. It found a part of the cemetery law violated Bosniak vital interests by favoring one group, but upheld other parts and the criminal code amendments. The court rejected claims that the criminal code targeted RBiH symbols or that RBiH Army symbols are tied to Bosniak identity.
