Bosniak Politician to Challenge RS Symbol Ban at BiH Constitutional Court
Republika Srpska's Constitutional Court ruled that a new law banning symbols of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina does not violate the vital national interest of Bosniaks. However, a Bosniak politician, Ramiz Salkić, strongly disagrees and plans to challenge this decision at the Constitutional Court of BiH. Separately, the RS court found another part of a cemetery law to be discriminatory against Bosniaks.
