Prijedor War Crimes: Three Men Convicted, Five Acquitted
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina sentenced three men for war crimes in Prijedor, 1992. Zdravko Panić, Trivo Vukić, and Slobodan Knežević received a combined 40 years for crimes against humanity. Five other defendants were acquitted of similar charges related to civilian abductions and murders.
