Sabina Ćudić, a delegate from Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, has gained more international support. This support backs an initiative to investigate "Sarajevo safari" war crimes. The initiative, started on May 13, seeks a formal investigation, a report, and a resolution from the Parliamentary Assembly. It addresses claims of international involvement in war crimes during the siege of Sarajevo.

Support grew from 13 European countries to include delegates from the UK, Greece, North Macedonia, Andorra, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Albania, and Denmark. Ćudić said this shows Europe's readiness to find facts and ensure justice for victims. A rapporteur will be appointed on September 7. The goal is that no war crime goes uninvestigated.
