Srebrenica Mothers Rally in Tuzla to Demand Justice and Support Memorial Center

Members of the Women of Srebrenica held their regular peaceful protest in Tuzla. They gathered at Freedom Square despite cold weather. The mothers expressed support for the Potocari Memorial Center. The center currently faces pressure from Republika Srpska institutions. They also defended Faruk Dozic, who was dismissed from his municipal post in Srebrenica.

Association member Vasvija Kadic spoke for the group. She stated that the mothers will never stop seeking truth and justice. Kadic warned that political divisions still harm everyday life after thirty years. She called on youth to focus on education, the economy, and mutual respect. Protesters emphasized that justice must overcome genocide denial.
