Eleven members of parliament from the SDA and DF parties have asked the Constitutional Court of BiH to review a law in Republika Srpska. This law criminalizes the display of Army of RBiH symbols. They also want a temporary order to prevent the law from causing irreparable harm.

Republika Srpska's Constitutional Court ruled that a new law banning symbols of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina does not violate the vital national interest of Bosniaks. However, a Bosniak politician, Ramiz Salkić, strongly disagrees and plans to challenge this decision at the Constitutional Court of BiH. Separately, the RS court found another part of a cemetery law to be discriminatory against Bosniaks.
